excellent locationsmall poollimited breakfast
the location was excellent, providing easy access to the metro and key tourist sites.
The pool was quite small. breakfast lacked variety. It mostly consisted of cheese. my daughter did enjoy the cereal and boiled eggs, at least.

the staff was friendly especially the cleaning personnel. i loved talking to them every morning it was a pleasure. the location was amazing everything i needed was within walking distance. i also found the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. the cleanliness was very good i didn't find any issues at all
the gym equipment is a little old and could use some updating

the room had air conditioning and a mini fridge this was very convenient. i had a tv with many channels and a clean private bathroom with a shower. the bed was comfortable and i slept soundly each night.

the hotel is near to public transportation making it easy to see the city. there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. it's easy to get to major attractions using local transport and that helps a lot. the area felt safe to walk around in at night.

the front desk staff was always available and helpful. they answered all my questions and provided directions when needed. housekeeping kept my room very clean and well stocked with towels. the concierge was very friendly and offered good recommendations.

breakfast included fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes. there was a coffee machine available throughout the day that was very convenient. the restaurant also had lunch and dinner options i was able to see and they looked very tasty.

The breakfast. oh, the breakfast. it was the same. every. single. day. talk about monotonous! and the pool? it was supposed to be heated. it was like swimming in ice water. i even told the front desk. I suspect they just nodded politely, enjoying the show from the warm lobby.

The staff were very cute. The location is convenient, within walking distance of shopping centres and nightlife. The pool area is beautiful. The room was clean upon arrival and cleaned daily by housekeeping staff.
The walls are thin, so noise from the hallway can be heard at times.
